Founded in 2020 in Atlanta, Georgia by Niekiha Jones, Unapologetic Creative Co. began with a mission to help nonprofits and equity-focused organizations amplify their impact through strategic communications and storytelling. Since its inception, UCC has grown into a trusted partner for changemakers, grounded in the belief that powerful, authentic storytelling can drive meaningful change in communities.

Our work is rooted in the idea that storytelling, design, and strategy should reflect the world we’re in now; shaped by digital culture, new technology, and how people actually connect and consume information.
Our vision is a nonprofit and impact space where organizations don’t play it safe or blend into the background. We believe bold design and clear storytelling help important work stand out, travel further, and make a deeper connection.
We call ourselves Unapologetic because we believe impactful work should take up space. We help organizations show up fully, communicate clearly, and tell their stories without shrinking them down. Through strategy, design, and capacity building, we support work that deserves to be seen, understood, and felt.
